Wadkin North America will be consolidating its operations in March of 2007 into the newly expanded home office of its parent company, Wood Tech Enterprises, Inc., with Bill Rankin being promoted to head up the new Sales and Service Department. Rankin has nearly twenty years experience in the woodworking industry and comes on-board to help streamline their logistical operations and benefit Wadkin customers by having access to a larger technical staff.

This consolidation will combine the administrative offices of both companies and will help to coordinate their operations and enhance communication. This will also help Wadkin customers take advantage of Wood Tech's new warehouse facility, located in Fairview, NC, that has tripled Wood Tech's former warehousing capabilities.

A larger service department has also been added to facilitate in-house repairs. The ability to streamline Wadkin's logistical operations will be an added benefit to customers by having a larger technical staff to better handle the growing spare parts and expanded cutting tool industries' needs.
